Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and support our growing organization. Beyond sourcing and screening, you’ll play a critical role in refining our interview practices and recruitment processes. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for a variety of roles across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish tailored hiring strategies.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by leveraging multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.

  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.

  • Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make informed decisions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (Ashby) to support seamless reporting and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting technical and non-technical hiring in a high-growth or startup environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of identifying and engaging passive talent.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and present insights to stakeholders.

  • Experienced in utilizing recruiting tools and systems, including LinkedIn and ATS platforms such as Ashby or similar.
