Posting Criteria

"People" encompasses a wide range of roles across various disciplines. To support both employers and job seekers, we’ve established clear criteria for the types of opportunities featured on People Jobz.

Posting Guidelines

To qualify, job postings on People Jobz must meet the following posting guidelines:

  • Relevant Roles: Open positions must be directly related to HR and HR technology, talent acquisition, recruiting, People operations and analytics, diversity and inclusion, or workforce planning.
  • Strategic Focus: Roles must be from organizations that view HR as a strategic partner, not merely a cost center.
  • Timeliness: Listings must be current; postings older than one month are not permitted unless explicitly reviewed and approved by the People Jobs team.
  • Recruitment Agencies: Agencies must post under their own name and may list no more than five active job postings at a time.
  • Location Requirement: Positions must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley, or offer a 100% remote work option.
