Recruiter (+ Sourcers)

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Leader to play a pivotal role in rebuilding our Talent Acquisition (TA) infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to design and implement strategies that will enhance our current recruitment strategies and prepare our hiring infrastructure to enable business scale. If you are a builder, this is a unique opportunity to re-think hiring processes, systems, workflows, and methodologies from the ground up and work with a team of incredible humans that is making autonomous technology a reality. If you're excited about driving change in a dynamic environment and this role resonates with you, we encourage you to apply. Let's build together.

In this role, you will

  • Optimize Processes: Design and refine recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance while creating seamless experiences for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Manage Technology: Oversee Talent Acquisition software and systems and own the exploration of efficiency opportunities within TA workflows that enable our recruiting team to scale effectively while fostering creativity, productivity, and customer-centricity.
  • TA Data Architecture and Analytics: Own the architecture of our TA data framework. Assess whether we're tracking the right data to gain insights that inform hiring decisions and strengthen our partnership with the business. Once the architecture is established, ensure its effective operationalization within our tools and workflows, promoting consistent adoption across the TA team.
  • TA Enablement: Drive consistent adoption of TA practices and processes across the organization. You'll own training, enablement, and education initiatives for the TA team and the broader hiring ecosystem (interviewers, hiring managers). You'll also establish clear accountability mechanisms to ensure adoption and ongoing effectiveness.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to legal and organizational standards across all recruitment activities, staying informed about employment laws and implementing best practices to uphold compliance.
  • Manage Vendors: Coordinate with external recruitment partners and technology providers to support our hiring needs, building strong partnerships that enhance our recruitment capabilities.
  • Budget Management: Partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition for function budget management, supporting thoughtful allocation of resources, strategic investment in tools and technologies, and alignment with overall business priorities.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You will work closely with the broader People team to ensure TA processes and workflows are cohesive with overall operations, accelerating our collective talent impact - you make the recruiting team stronger partners to our business.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or related fields, preferably within tech or high-growth environments with demonstrated progression and ownership in TA operations roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to architect robust TA data frameworks, interpret recruitment data effectively, derive actionable insights, and translate these insights into meaningful improvements to hiring processes and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing and managing complex recruitment workflows, ATS, data analytics, and operational excellence.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to clearly articulate ideas, insights, and strategies across diverse audiences.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, naturally building partnerships and proactively collaborating across teams to drive alignment and results.

Desirable Qualifications

  • End-to-End Operator: You can dive into the details and are equally strong at systems thinking, connecting the dots to drive towards the bigger picture and executing flawlessly.
  • Effective Manager: You know when to delegate and when to take the lead, ensuring tasks are executed with excellence while empowering your team. You deliver excellence in everything you and your team does.
  • Business Acumen: You understand that our strength is tightly connected to the impact we have on the business and you leverage your deep business acumen to design processes, workflows, and metrics that strengthen TA ability to impact our business goals.
  • Change Driver: You're not content with the status quo. You think end-to-end about solutions and their execution, delving deep into the 'what' and 'why' to craft solutions that deliver significant impact.
  • TA Expertise: With a deep understanding of talent acquisition, you bring expertise that will elevate our recruitment strategies and operations to make our recruiting team stronger with everything you implement.
