Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Benefit Assistant Manager to support our team in helping working-class families access important benefits. In this role, you will assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that union members and veterans receive the benefits they deserve. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with members.
  • Assist in benefit enrollment and provide necessary follow-up support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organize member files.
  • Relay essential information to team members and support their daily tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available benefits and any changes in offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
