POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources Compliance and Analytics, the Benefits and Compliance Administrator administers ECS’ employee benefit programs and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable HR policies and regulatory requirements, proactively mitigating risk and maintaining best practices in alignment with organizational standards.

Must secure finger image screening and annual TB screening. Will honor and abide by Episcopal Community Services rules and regulations, including confidentiality.
