About the role: This is a 1099 full-time contract. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in building a top-tier team dedicated to delivering a seamless digital experience for Honda drivers. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, guiding candidates through the interview process, and hiring the best talent for technical positions across the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, as well as the HR Team to ensure we identify and onboard the best candidates who will help drive innovation and success for our users and partners. Given the fast-paced environment of startups, you must be adaptable and proactive, managing the recruitment process efficiently to help the company scale rapidly while maintaining a strong cultural fit.

What You Will Do:- End-to-End Recruitment: Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting creation to offer acceptance and transition to the onboarding stage.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals), ensuring a consistent and healthy talent pipeline.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment: Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure candidates meet both professional and cultural requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create the best recruitment strategy and process for the opening.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive journey for candidates at every stage of the hiring process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on recruitment progress, time-to-fill, best sources and other key metrics, offering insights and recommendations to improve the hiring process.
What We Are Looking For:- Experience: 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully filling engineering, design, product, and other tech-related roles.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of the local talent market, with the ability to identify the right candidates and creatively engage them, sparking interest in Drivemode's opportunities.
- Communication: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Recruiting Tools: Experience with applicant tracking systems (Lever) and other sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges in the hiring process and implement creative solutions to address them.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple hiring processes concurrently.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

$45 - $55 an hour
This is the position's hourly compensation. This position is a contract role on a 1099. Actual hourly compensation is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
